Khloe Kardashian, sister of Kim Kardashian is again making the highlights for all the mean comments she’d been receiving on her shocking weight loss numbers and that petite waistline. It looks like the past records Kardashians have set are the reason for all the doubts.
Anyway, when it comes to physique and looks, she is somebody always known for struggling in the weight department. And now this dramatic weight loss transformation is all people can talk about. Why wouldn’t they, she does look hot and skinny now!
Well, Khloe is proud of her tough weight loss journey and is pissed about how people are being nasty to her on social media putting false accusations. If you’re guessing why. Well, she has been accused of taking Antidiabetic medication for losing weight and to look skinny.
On one of her Instagram uploads, one user wrote: “the fact that she uses diabetic medicines to get this skinny is disturbing.” But Khloe didn’t wait to snap back and replied to all the people “to stop with your assumptions”
How did it all start?
It started when Khloe 38, put up a picture from her photo shoot for Sorbet magazine on Instagram. While she was more focused on her “clip-on bangs” in the picture, people mostly only were stuck on her shocking weight loss transformation.
While some even compared the Good American cofounder to Taylor swift with bangs and long legs, there were a huge number of people not happy, or I’d say quite mean in their comments for misusing the Antidiabetic medications sold under brand names like Ozempic and Wegovy. These medications are only to be used for chronic weight management under the guidelines of the FDA.
One of the haters called the reality star’s transformation “disturbing” in a comment on Instagram. “Let’s not discredit my years of working out,” the star hit back “I get up 5 days a week at 6am to train. “Please stop with your assumptions.” She continued. “I guess New Year still means mean people.”
This reality star has also been criticized for “looking very different than she did in her 20s. People are not missing any chances to be more sarcastic towards her physiological changes. “Ohhh it was bangs that changed your face so much in these pics?” a social media commented on one of the snaps.
To that, the social media star personally replied, “I openly talk about my nose job and anyone who ‘looks up’ to me must know that I’ve lost over 60 pounds over the years. So, recently the only change is the bangs. I didn’t know I had to do a running list. I hope you have a great first week of the new year. Thanks for making mine so jolly.”
Khloe Kardashian Exercises to lose weight
Khloe has dropped 60 pounds over the past 4 years with a body weight of 123lbs now. Regardless of all the criticism and judgment, Khloe Kardashian is focused on her fitness journey and has even created her own workout show, ‘The revenge body with Khloe Kardashian’. On the show, she has been very open about all the hardships she has faced in her weight loss journey.
The reality star also shares a lot of her workout videos and pictures on her social media to prove people wrong. According to one of her Instagram posts, her exercise in the gym includes:
Starting with a warmup particularly she prefers stair stepper. Then she never forgets to do stretching before and after the workout. She does 3 sets of circuits according to the post; each circuit is repeated 4 times.
- Circuit 1
- 10- heel elevated squats
- 10- deadlifts
- 10- kneeling lat pulldowns. Keep your abs tight, and shoulders down but get the full stretch
- 10-seated shoulder press…back straight/elbow engaged.
- 1 min of jump roping
- 30 seconds of hanging abs
- Circuit 2
- 10-single arm snatches with a 20-pound weight.
- 10 times on each side
- 10 front weighted squats. Back straight, traps down, tummy tight.
- 10 rows with 25-pound weights
- 15 kettlebell triceps pushes
- 30-second side gallops on each side. A total of one min.
- 20 weighted abs with a 20-pound sand ball.
- Circuit 3
- 10 weighted burpees
- 10 mountain climbers
Honestly, Kudos to Khloe if she does this routine 4 times a week. Hats off to her.
Khloe Kardashian Diet to maintain a healthy weight
Khloe said in one of her interviews that she has a very strict diet and most of the time eats healthy foods. She loves food with healthy fats, lean protein, and fewer carbs. All the meals in her day include:
Breakfast: Khloe starts with a Protein shake made with vanilla protein powder almond milk, spinach, and a banana.
Lunch: Grilled chicken or salmon. Apart from that, she loves a big bowl of salad with a piece of fruit every day in her lunch.
Snacks: She loves healthy snacks like Greek yogurt, fruit smoothies and always keeps hard-boiled eggs for a quick snack.
Dinner: Dinner is the lightest meal for Khloe. It’s mostly either fish or chicken with a side of vegetables. And she never forgets some good dark chocolate for antioxidant dosage and obviously dessert.
